Free To-Do List Printable Pages for 2024

In an effort to organize for the year, I created simple to-do lists using Adobe Express. I love this design, which ended up very different than my original Adobe Express to do list starting point, and it reminds me of the clothes patterns and registration marks for printing. I chose to keep them in grey scale for inexpensive printing. Below are a few styles to choose from, all of which have a different purposes. All lists are formatted for American Letter size paper in a PDF for download. The watermark is only on this page, the PDF files are hosted on Google Drive and do not include the overlay.

The Basic

The version below is a simple list for today’s tasks. Cut this version in two and trim the white space to make a skinny pad for yourself.

The Check Box

This printable is a full page of lines with a check box for each item to do. This version is for what I like to call the “fill the box” completion tasks – items that will take a long time and you can do a piece at a time. Fill in each box by quarter or half as you complete the tasks in the list.

The Active and Potential Lists

This printable is a new attempt at organization for me… I tend to get a little bogged down when I have a long list and thought it might be interesting to try a version that had a “potential” list; things I might want to work on later. Not sure if it will be effective but could be interesting.

Today’s Priority Lists

This printable represents another attempt to prioritize tasks using categories such as Must, Should, Could, and “if I have time.” The format divides a full page into 4 quadrants for a clear and organized approach to task management.
